Gluten-Free Thanksgiving Menu

Gluten-Free Thanksgiving Menu

Organized SAHM's Gluten Free Turkey Breast and Homemade Gravy. To Die For!

We are ready for Thanksgiving. Grocery shopping is done! Our favorite thing to do on Thanksgiving is to watch the parade as soon as we wake up. The only thing that I actually make on Thanksgiving day is rolls and Turkey. I start my baking two days ahead and make the sides the day before so I can spend the day with my family. Soaking them in!

So who’s ready to eat some turkey? We are! I have a special treat for you! I tried an amazing Gluten-free stuffing last week that you must have at your table if you are on a Gluten-free diet. YAY!

This is our 2013 Thanksgiving Menu!

Appetizer:

Cheese fondu with apples, carrots, celery, gluten-free crackers

Gluten-free smoked sausage, cheese platter

Starter:

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Main Course:

Same turkey as always because it’s tried and true. Click here to see our turkey recipe!

Gluten free gravy using the juice from our turkey above. I also have a different gluten-free turkey recipe on this post in case you don’t want to use wine or you want something a bit more savory. This recipe won’t let you down! This is how we make it.

Mashed potoates

Gluten-free sausage and dried cranberry walnut stuffing

Sweet potato casserole

Udi’s Gluten-Free dinner rolls

Desserts:

Pecan pie using Gluten-free pie crust

Gluten-Free Chocolate Cream Pie with Chocolate-Cookie Curst {recipe from Against All Grains}

And you can click on this post to see what I usually do with our turkey leftovers!

Enjoy your week spending time with family and giving thanks!

  1. Good job Bella! You did great on putting together projects. Again, love the pictures/videos of your kiddos. This Sunday, I will be crossing stage to receive my MAA in Organizational Development. It has not hit me, yet, but I will be nervous on that day. Blessings! Olivia
